RSM interview questions

The interview process is very similar to other employers in the field, and they ask you situational questions and about your interest about the role. Just be prepared to answer why you chose RSM and how you would represent their culture and values in certain situations.

Three 30-min rounds - HR screening, culture fit conversation with the vertical Partner, and strategy case study with Director. The interviewers were cordial and made the interview conversational to understand the candidate's background and expertise.
