RSM interview questions

Initial 15 minute call with the recruiter as a screen. Was a little surprised broad questions were not asked. I understand that the recruiter will not know specfiics but some general industry/career experience questions are the norm. Next round I spoke with the hiring manager, remote call via Zoom. She joined late, said her video was not working so I could not see her though I assumed she could see me because the audio worked fine. It was very awkward to be on camera, assuming the other person can see you but you cannot see them or their expressions.

Online assessment includes situational multiple-choice ranking questions and numerical questions. Online video interviews have 60 seconds to prepare and 120 seconds to deliver the answer. The assessment centre includes multiple case studies and one-to-one interviews.
