I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RSM
Interview
The interview process was very simple. I was asked mostly behavior based questions. They want people that are enjoyable to work with and would add to the culture of the firm.
Online tests then assessment centre - 45 minute group exercise with 2 scenarios, had to discuss which was best and why then answer questions. Then data analysis task with email scheduling task. Finally strength based interview. Strength based interview was very friendly, felt more like a conversation. Overall the experience wasn't incredibly difficult but was intense.
