RSM interview questions

Initial interview over the phone discussing experience and the position at the company. Then multiple interviews with Managers and Partners at the location in which you are being considered. I ended up having a total of 5 interviews, including the intake. They do want more in-person employees and less hybrid/remote.

There are interview process for people to go through and they are very typical. Just do normal practice as you do for other companies. Although I feel the interview process is a bit odd.
