RSM interview questions

Very straightforward, conversational, and relaxed. Have to work into the conversation reasons you’d fit the role. Was laid back and comfortable not intimidating. I would recommend coming with a lot of questions for the interviewer to know more about their experiences and expectations of someone in that role.

Online application followed by a numerical test followed by a video interview and final assessment centre. Very friendly experience, managers explained about working culture. Most of the questions were situation judgmental and a few case studies (not very hard). They just want yo know how you think. I will suggest back up your decision with numerical data and be creative with your answers.
