RSM interview questions

The interview process was very enjoyable, first one was a phone call. They basically just want to know you, and your interests for the company. Second round was also very enjoyable only a couple of behavioral questions, overall they are just trying to get to know you and if you're a good fit for the company. Very good experience.

was invited to interview for a position via cold email said they liked my experience turns out the hiring manager didn't like my experience but they still had me interview with other ppl instead of asking me if I wanted to continue even though I didn't align with what they wanted, they had me go through a 3rd interview when they had already made the conclusion I wasn't what they wanted waste of time ultimately
