Application form followed by an online assessment, a short 5 question video assessment, an assessment centre then finally an in-person interview. The online assessment was manageable, and the video assessment had very manageable questions, which weren't too technical.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RSM
Interview
Good process set out well.
Started with an online assessment then an video interview then a live interview online.
Good company would recommend.
online assessment was easy
Video interview had 6 questions strength based about what you enjoy and have done.
This was before the Covid situation, so may have changed since then.
Started off with the usual web exercises, relatively standard. Was then invited to a phone screen with HR and it went ok. I then attended a group interview which was horrific.
One individual was very domineering and did not allow other group members to contribute. The guidance was clearly that we were all in competition against each other. The tasks were straightforward but difficult when you're up against someone trying to control the full experience
At the end, individuals were invited one at a time to leave. X Factor style. Not a good look and certainly not a good impression to leave with people!
