Applied online. Got an email within a month.
First was the standard, initial phone screening. Say a little bit about yourself and confirm most of your information, then they talk about the culture/position.
Then there were two 45 minute interviews (online because of covid) with a partner and manager. Interviews are very typical with no technical questions. All behavioral questions, more of a conversation. Be prepared to talk about yourself, what you want, and what you've done. Come with some interesting and uncommon questions (I.E. How do you guys train and educate new talent to help them learn and hit the ground running? What is the training like?). It worked really well in my interviews to kill time and make you stand out.
Got the offer a week afterwards.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RSM (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2020
Interview
I first talked with the St. Louis recruiter, told her I was very interested in San Diego. She then referred me to the San Diego recruiter and we instantly set up a time to meet via phone. Interview lasted 30 min.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2020
Interview
RSM put forward 5 questions. You are given 2 minutes in which your answer is recorded (video). After being shown each question you are also given 1 minute to prepare your answer after which the video recording will begin.
