HR reached out because they were impressed with my experience coming from a big 4. We were supposed to talk on a Tuesday, that never happened. The next day I reached out to follow up, she lied saying she hit send but the email didn't go through. After, our first interview she said I will talk to the hiring manager "you will hear from me tomorrow" her own words. 5 days passed and I got an automated email that they will not move forward.
