RSM interview questions

Applied through referral - had a phone interview, and 3 rounds of in person interviews. One with a partner, manager, and last with a senior. Process took about 3 weeks from applying to hearing back

The interviews fortunately were in person before the Covid-19 crisis. After that all communication with the company has been virtual. In my case, as an accounting student, I applied for their Pathways program which is their summer program to help you learn about their company. The program has since switched to entirely virtual.
