I applied online. I interviewed at RSM in Dec 2019
Interview
Started with online aptitude tests. They use capp tests which I found easier than others like SHL or Kenexa. Next was the video interview where you have 5 questions to answer with a 2 minute time period. You also can't re-record any answers, so you have to make your answer count.
Finally was the assessment centre, which is split into 4 exercises. The first is a group exercise, which involved working together to do tasks like build a tower out of playing cards or sorting marbles. Afterwards was a strength based interview, which feels really unnatural and like a video interview, since they aren't responding to you. Then came the prework task which you do prior to the attending and someone asks you questions about it. Finally, there is a "mystery" task where you're given some basic info on the company and have to roleplay a client meeting. Overall it was a good day to attend even though I didn't get an offer, I learned a lot about the experience of an assessment centre.

Question 1
Video interview:
1. What do you do in your spare time?
2. What skills do you hope to develop?
3. How would you react to negative feedback?

Applied online, did the online tests and video interview, and was then invited to an Assessment Day.
In the Assessment Day, there were 2 individual exercises and one group exercise, along with with a strengths-based interview. They are very big on using lots of diverse examples in the interview.

Question 1
How would you organise a meeting with a client and set an agenda for the meeting?
Initial phone interview and then in person interview. In person interview consisted of standard behavioral questions and a technical portion. The technical portion was not that difficult. Mostly C++ questions and SQL query questions. Interviewed with multiple people.
