RSM interview questions

This process took about 4+ weeks as I met with some representatives from RSM at a University Career Fair and Meet The Firms event. They then invited me to an On Campus Interview at my University as they heavily recruit where I studied. I first briefly met with an HR director then another brief meeting with a Senior Associate as I waited. I then had two back-to-back interviews with a Manager then a Partner. About 4 days later they emailed me an offer and I accepted.

The first thing after meeting them at a career fair was a pre-interview social to get to know some of the employees. Then there is a on campus interview and after that there’s one more interview at the office you are applying for.
