RSM interview questions

1 on campus interview, 2 separate office interviews on same day. During the office interviews, they had two partners come in and talk about the company and then a “staff panel” where newer employees (working there for 0-2 years) talked about their experience and RSM in general, then proceeded to answer questions. The interviews were after that and were one on one. Both were very casual and one I talked about fantasy football part of the time. It was awesome. Then I went to lunch with some other employees and went home. Overall great experience.

Behavioral questions first round, second round was very casual and no behavioral questions. No accounting questions or difficult questions. Process was very quick and all in person. Great firm
