RSM interview questions

There were two Skype interviews in intervals of few weeks. Each interview lasted around 1 hour. Questions related to my previous experience and how it matches to what the company is working on. Knowledge of languages, readiness to travel and preferred location was inquired.

I applied online and got an email within 24 hours scheduling the phone interview. The phone interview was just an overview of my resume and qualifications for the job. Then, there was an interview on site with 3 managers. Most of the time they asked me what questions I had. Very informal. The only complaint I have is that the HR took a couple of weeks to get back to me after the interview.
