I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RSM (New Haven, CT) in Nov 2015
Interview
The dept. chair at my University was collecting resumes from accounting students close to graduating, I gave mine and it was sent to HR at RSM. Was contacted, asked to come to interview. Was surprised to be in a group setting (which made it feel competitive). Briefed us about the company and the position for 15 mins and sent us off to get interviewed by a manager/partner. Was more like a conversation than scripted questions. I felt like it was one of the more easier interviews I've done so far in my career. Then they treated us to lunch to answer more questions with a group of young staff. I'd like to note that this interview was for a position that was to start one year after the interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at RSM (Singapur) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interviewer is nice and friendly. General questions asked based on your resume and cover letter. First with manager then with partner. Salary is negotiable. Didnt ask complicated accounting standards.
I applied online. I interviewed at RSM (Edimburgo, Escocia) in Aug 2013
Interview
There was a verbal and a numerical reasoning test after which there was a group exercise where we had to read a book of information given, discuss around the table and present back findings as a group. This was followed by two interviews, the first with a manager the second with a partner. The latter included a short solo presentation following on from the earlier group exercise. Other than both interviews focused on competency based questions, reasoning for choosing the role and the company.
