I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RSM (Singapur) in Oct 2016
Interview
Not much on technical questions were specifically asked. Questions were mainly on understanding your past experience and to further elaborate on your resume.
Informal interview with one manager and one partner- spoke in mixed mandarin and English.
Office tour thereafter and another round of interview with Partner, just a casual chat.
Outcome was finalized within a few days.

Question 1
Tell me what were the difficulties faced auditing the industry (as per your specialization in the resume)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was an on campus interview I got after talking to recruiters. Very brief get to know you style interview. Asked a bit about why I wanted to internal audit, other than that really not many behavioral questions, more just walk me through resume and why RSM type stuff. Very casual, comfortable which was reassuring but I believe they're looking for more technical skills than human capital.

Interview
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
Contacted by recruiter via email. Shared resume and talked to recruiter on the phone a few times. Interviewed at the office with 3 employees at different levels.
Interview went fairly well. Recruiter called back and said they liked me and my background, but felt I "wasn't interested enough" in the position. So I guess taking time out of your schedule to talk to a recruiter multiple times, being amenable to changes in interview date and time (even a change on the day of), and taking PTO from your current job to meet with them wasn't enough of an interest. I was very interested, but glad it didn't work out.
