I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Went through on-campus interviews, and invited back for an in-house interview. On campus interview was with a senior manager, and was pretty laid back and conversational. In-house interview was 3 back to back interviews with either a senior manager or partner at the firm. After the interviews, there was a lunch at a nearby restaurant with all the interviewees and a couple of the newer associates and senior associates.
Thought the interview went well overall, but never heard back anything from HR, not even a rejection email. In my opinion, it was pretty unprofessional reflected poorly on the firm to bring someone in for on-campus and in-office interviews, and not even bother giving them an email back regarding their decision. All other firms I had interviewed with during this process were able to give me a call or email back regarding their decision, and though the process did not work out smoothly for me at RSM, I was able to accept an offer elsewhere.

Question 1
Why accounting, and tax in particular.
What other firms are you interviewing for?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview was more conversation-like. This type of interview shows that the firm wants to get to know you as a person, rather than just a potential candidate or employee. The recruiter was friendly and asked some general questions. He gave me feedback regarding my strengths and how to improve my interviewing skills, which I greatly appreciate and find very useful. Through this interview, I was able to learn more about RSM's culture and their Summer Pathways Program.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very informal and unnerving. The interview process started on campus of University of Central Florida for a one on one interview with one of the partners. And next, they flew me out to Fort Lauderdale, Fl for a 4 round interview with 3 partners and managers.
