I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RSM
Interview
The first step consisted of a half hour on campus interview which was very conversational. The second step of the process was at the local firm where they had a presentation by HR, presentation by the Partners, a Q & A session, and team-building activities where you were observed by the rest of the staff.

Question 1
What is one of the biggest challenges you've had to face to date?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Boston, MA) in Jun 2011
Interview
Met with the office administrator and director of operations. Also met with some partners that I would support. Overall pleasurable experience. Not a difficult interview. Pretty standard overall. The people I met with were warm and welcoming. They were able to answer all questions. They got back to me very soon thereafter. I went back for a second interview about a week later.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RSM (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
Two step process 1 person interview on campus and then office visit with three interviewers. You just have a big culture and age gap from students and associates in Houston. Makes for an awkward, very critical management. Did not enjoy the interview at all, as the interviewers really do not know how to engage in an enjoyable conversation (due to their old age).
