I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (New York, NY) in Sep 2014
Interview
Interview was very easy. No technical questions at all. I had two rounds of interviews which were very conversational and relaxed. They were more concerned with whether or not I would fit the company culture than technical skills. Took everyone out for lunch after, overall nice process.

Question 1
What is the one thing you are most proud of that is not on your resume?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Gainesville, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
The on-campus interview was very conversational and easy. It started off with questions about your resume and yourself with some behavioral questions woven in. Nothing to really stress about. When you get there early there are a bunch of employees sitting outside who are very friendly and conversational. The interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. Make sure to have followups to the questions you ask them. Since it's a medium sized firm they like when you emphasize the size of the company along with the company culture.
The interview was very conversational. I sat down with a manager, who was well prepared with my resume in hand. It took about thirty minutes overall. She did not ask any behavioral questions, which I always think are the least helpful in an interview.
