I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Cedar Rapids, IA) in Sep 2013
Interview
First I had a phone interview with an HR recruiter. Then I was brought in onsite for a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. The entire process from first contact to receiving a job offer went pretty quickly. They are big on employee referrals and I was referred by a current employee. If you can get a referral you will have a much better chance at getting an offer than someone just submitting a resume.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RSM (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2011
Interview
The interview process was a day long process. Each candidate met with two individuals at the manager or above level. Questions were more behavioral and less technical. I found the interview atmosphere to be very comfortable and more conversational than interrogative. It was a good interview experience overall.

Interview
Very Relaxing. Conversational interview. Basic questions. All the candidates were welcomed in the board room of the office after being given an office tour. We then split up each into a room and Partners and managers would come by each room and interview for about 30 minutes until another came by.
