Three stage process similar to many grad roles. Terrible communication. After passing the first and second stages I was invited to a virtual assessment centre. Despite confirming in writing I was able to attend, I was informed I was being removed from the recruitment process due to - you guessed it - not confirming I was able to attend. A further flurry of emails requesting reconsideration received no replies whatsoever from the early careers team. Totally shambolic and unprofessional from a company of their size.

it was fast they are very nice as well as the process. They also slow their speed down for me to under stand better. 30 min interview 2 round very easy all Behavior
