I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2024
Interview
Got up to the assessment centre stage. Very common, routine process of application, including online assessment, job simulation, assessment centre. Unfortunately did not get up to the final interview stage which is after the assessment centre and is in person.
For the virtual assessment centre, began with an introduction from a partner, where you have the opportunity to ask questions directly to them.
After that was a one on one interview with a hiring manager, they asked me these questions in short includes;
Responsibility
- Importance of expertise
- Adapting to change
- In change of events, how do I handle it
- How do I take constructive feedback
- Why RSM
After this was a group exercise in establishing which project to take on between two.
Then a data exercise where I have to recommend which is best suited and why, prioritising pros and cons.
Then. with that same data, make an email to your manager summarising it, setting recommendations, and next steps.
Then a calendar exercise.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at RSM (Liverpool, Inglaterra) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of completing a small group of responses where you had to rate each response based on which you were more likely to do. You also had to complete a number of pre-recorded answers to questions that were very different to ones that have been seen in other companies interviews
