RSM interview questions

I passed the Online Test. Done my job simulation. Being told not met thier minimum entry criteria. not sure if it because I am doing carrer changing instead of fresh graduated from university.

hr email to confirm application then another email to set up interview after being shortlisted. interview was remote on zoom. lasted about 45minutes to an hour. was interviewed by team B so process and timing was different from peers. was asked for transcripts before interview while peer was asked after receiving offer
