RSM Tax Associate interview questions

The interview was short, and I was not asked any behavioral questions. They talked about the company and what I'd be doing there. I really only got asked about my personal and professional interests and why I wanted to work that position at RSM. Much more casual than I expected.

It was a very straight forward interview process. I Spoke with 4 different team members at varing levels (2 partners, a supervisor, and manager) in four seprate conversations. It was a very conversational interview with less questions and answers. Rather it was a discussuon about the job and how what my day to day would look like as part of the team.
