I have applied for their internship opportunities for a few times, but never got the interview opportunity. However, I was luck enough to have the interview opportunity after I have attended their pathway program. Highly encourage everyone join the program.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked general behavior questions and something relate to the resume. For example, tell me about yourself. what did you learn from your prior experience? Teamwork How do you handle stress how do you handle a difficult situation?
very conversational. Found them to be lovely interviewers that made it easy to talk about anything. Mainly focused on yourself and aspirations to get an idea if you’d fit the team
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RSM (Tallahassee, FL) in Feb 2021
Interview
Went through virtual career fair, and spoke with several tax associates through a Zoom-like program. Not very formal/traditional interview questions, more of an opportunity to get to know other people. I was invited back to complete two more interviews with other tax associates and later received an offer. I recommend to be yourself. Do not ask about your compensation, they will tell you in your offer letter. You will be very happy about it, don't let them think you're just looking for money.
