The selection for interns is done in 3 steps-
1. CV shortlisting
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical+HR interview
In the technical interview , they look for grasp on the technical concepts and your ability to apply them in real life

Interview
first round was a prerecorded interview, about 4 questions with 2 minutes each. final round day was really badly organized. we each had to walk into a room full of managers and pitch a random rb product they gave us on the spot. then there was a group case where they watched you prepare and present as a team. they cut more than half the people after this, and only interviewed those that were left.
