I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Reckitt
Interview
Process usually begins with a 1-1- meeting with a HR person. Questions will generally be competency based questions to determine whether you are a good culture fit and have the competencies they are looking for. If successful, will then meet hiring manager who will question you in more detail based on requirements of the role. I also had an interview with the hiring manager +1..

Question 1
What is the biggest misconception that people have of you and how are you trying to fix it?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2015
Interview
I've applied through a recruitment agency and was invited for an initial Skype video interview with an HR person from RB. I was told that the interview will take about 10-20 mins. Unfortunately, the HR person didn't turn up on Skype at the agreed time - I've waited 20 mins, after which I've emailed to the recruiter to find out what's happened and it has turned out that the HR person was simply running late... As I was not available later that that day the interview had to be re-arranged.
At the re-arranged time, the HR person did turn up, but again was 10 minutes late!!!, for which she didn't apologise. She read the interview questions from a sheet with not much enthusiasm and showed little interest in my answers. Overall, I found her rather unprofessional and the experience gave a negative impression of the organisation.
