I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ritchie Bros. (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Starts with sample take home automation project followed by first round. First round was very technical and smooth. Two members in the panel and they were very polite and friendly. The interview went for 90mins although scheduled for 1hr. I was invited for second round and panel consisted of four members. One person asked me a very generic question which doesn't have one standard answer. Also, I was kind of fine if they would not proceed with me. However, this person mentioned he didn't go through my resume/profile. I kind of hated this behavior as you need to understand the candidate before you take interview. I have experience of taking many interviews but I never step in without knowing the candidate. Finally, I was very disappointed as I had to put so much effort preparing take home project & interviews but this guy wouldn't even go through my resume.
