Rivian Engineering Manager interview questions

Technical presentation followed by interviewing with peer team members for the position. There may also be a competency test to be completed. Plan on interviewing with at least three team members in addition to the presentation.

6 individual interviews. 2 no shows. Wasted my time with no offer. Felt they already have a candidate and just interviewed me to mark off the requirement. Very disappointing as i took day off to attend all and did pretty good answering all their questions. I see other glassdoor reviews echo my experience. Don't waste your time with Rivian interviews.
