Rivian interview questions

Very straightforward, and very nice people guiding me through the process. Although I wasn't particularly suited for the role, the staff engineer was very patient in giving advice and tips for solving problems.

The interview began with a call from the recruiter, who asked basic questions about my background and past work experience. The discussion focused on my previous roles, key responsibilities, and general skill set. The conversation was straightforward and introductory in nature.
