I applied online. I interviewed at Rivian (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Friendly, informative and well structured. I had a last moment cancellation and it was quickly rescheduled with a personal mote form the manager. Talent acquisition was very quick about providing feedback and arranging the next step. Did not provide any explanation on rejection other than all candidates being strong.

Interview
I first had an initial phone interview with a recruiter. Later I was suppose to have a technical round but unfortunately I did not clear the first round itself. Even though I had similar experience before. I am assuming they got a person with more experience

Question 1
Did you work on a project right from RFQ till the end
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rivian (Romulus, MI) in Dec 2020
Interview
A technical recruiter got a hold of me with initial questions. I proceeded further with an interview with the lead legal team and then had a 3rd interview with 4 different people including a random person from the IT department. My last interview was an astonishing 4 hour interview with diligent 15 minute breaks in between. After the whole interview process I did not receive an acceptance or rejection from the company. When I did a follow up email to touch base to check my status I received no email like I never did the interview. Worst interview experience ever, and who are you as a company to waste 6 hours of my time to never reply. If your looking for professional you will never receive it this way. I’m not one to make a review on Glassdoor but I had to with this one!
