Rivian interview questions

Please think twice before taking interview with this company. They are so unprofessional in overall process(right from interview coordination and communication post the interview). The most annoying part in my overall interview experience is that i was told that there is going to be a coding interview and the so called(a kid) appeared and did a system design interview. When inquired about the confusion, they said it was their mistake and continued with coding interview. I almost completed it, another 5 min would have let me completed it. we had 10 min to spare. but interviewer did not want to continue. Weeks went by after that and no response from them. height of unprofessionalism. Communicating to the candidate irrespective of the outcome of the interview shows some character about the company. These are small things that can help separate these companies from good companies.

The interview experience is above average. But you can tell they did not do enough work to get to know your resume. That may be because the company is in a period of the hiring surge.
