Interview
I applied online for the position. I simply submitted my resume online. No questions were answered. A "technical sourcer" emailed me, asking to set up a time for a 10-15 minute phone interview. We set up the call, and then she cancelled it the day before saying, "we have made the decision not to move forward at this time. We are in the final round interview process with a candidate and anticipate this position closing soon. I will be in touch should anything change." I felt it was extremely unprofessional to schedule an interview and then not give the courtesy of hearing what I had to offer to the table.
I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me. I first talked with the recruiter through a phone call. I then had a video interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very friendly and personable. The interview questions were not too technical or difficult. Then I was scheduled for a virtual "on site" interview with 5 engineers.
