I had 2 interviews with one of the TA leads and HR director and both have been very nice. I got all the information I needed for that phases, but after that 2 I was not selected for the next round. Fully respect the decision and I sent the thank you note for the opportunity and asked for the constructive feedback on the made decision and I never got the reply back. Very unprofessional and having in mind that TA team was interviewing TA colleague to be their pier and they don't send the constructive feedback, what to expect from that team and organization when they recruit for other departments.

Nicely structured interview, been around for two tiers.
HR interview very pleasant, no unnecessary corporate mumbo-jumbo.
Tech interview like open discussion, with live solution design.
