Interview
It was essentially a triage role masked as a systems engineer in autonomy division. The interview process was straightforward with questions related to projects, current work and some usual behavioral questions. There was one round to understand systems thinking and how one would debug a robotics/autonomy problem. The interviewers were friendly and talked through the problem as well.
After completing the interview process, I was told that I had successfully cleared all stages and that an offer letter was in progress. However, I did not ultimately receive the offer, as the role was later filled internally after a couple of weeks. While this was disappointing not gonna lie, I believe this reflects more on the hiring process and management decisions rather than the team or the product itself. Overall, my interactions with individuals during the process were positive.

Interview
The screening was chill and just asked about projects on my resume. The first interview asked C questions about my project and also high voltage experience. A few technical questions were asked but nothing very complicated.
