Rivian Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

First call was a screen with a recruiter, second was a 45min technical interview with a Engineer. He was very intelligent, Had a PHD after I looked him up. The interview was difficult from a metallurgy and material science and welding engineering perspective, far more difficult than Tesla in my opinion. But as long as you understand the mechanisms you should be fine. I personally enjoyed finally talking with someone who knows what I'm saying.

First was contacted by HR for a quick 10min discussion on what I was looking for and the position details, then was emailed and completed a challenge set of problems, and lastly a week or so later was 4 interviews, with members of the team and the Director of MFG.
