Rivian Purchasing Manager interview questions

It starts OK , but more like HR problem moving forward. Not professional , lack of internal connection/communication. Feels like biased. Takes long time to reply. Negative experience. Hiring Manger not available.

Very thorough interview process, but I had great experience. I had a series of 8 interviews prior to an offer being extended. Interviewed with peers and cross-functional pasterns. Individual interviews with management and senior management were included as well. Interviewers were very relatable and approachable. Each interviewer was very passionate about the direction the company was going and really promoted the culture of the company.
