Roche Intern interview questions

The panel was very nice and welcoming, which allowed me to relax, be myself, and sell my skills as best as I could. They asked the usual interview questions, nothing technical.

The process was quite demanding involving three different sets of interviews. It was however fulfilling as it helped me recognize my worth through the competency based interview. The questions mostly involved telling about a time when I showed innovation, initiative or managed a project.
