I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rosen
Interview
Interview process was carried out in-person during Assessment Centre day. Overall good structure of the assessment (first was a group activity about presenting a given subject in a team of 4, then some more ice-breaker activites, and then interview with HR manager and Senior/Principal Engineer).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Group presentation relating to pipeline integrity priorities (no need to go too technical there, they want to see how well you present and work in a group. Tips: remember/mention your team mates by name, be confident when presenting, practice your presentation speech in the few minutes you have prior to the presentation. 2. Interview questions: Is gas or liquid product more risky in pipelines? Go through your CV: they will focus on questions around FEA/CAD if you mention such skills on your CV. Tips: have some knowledge around various aspects of pipeline/asset integrity. They care more to see if you have a genuine interest/passion for the subject rather than your actual technical knowledge.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rosen (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Interviewed with two senior engineers and one HR representative. Asked to bring in my dissertation and two other assignments to the interview. Interview was very casual, a lot of explaining what the company did and how the graduate scheme works.
