they have basically 6 Round of interviews, 1st Technical Round [MCQ] 2nd Aptitude Round 3rd Creative Round (Random things : such as 10 line about your home town , which game you like and why ?) 4th Group Decision(The Terminator Round [Out Of 10 people 8 will go home ]) 1) we soft spoken, 2) be clear and crisp 3) to the point 4)Don't Argue 5) Be assertive 5th Technical Round [Face to face with a manger or a team lead] 6th HR expected Question why Should be hire you ? what is the weak point in you ? and some time if you are not lucky you can get question from the 3rd round of the interview what you wrote in your answer sheet !! (Just to check your presence of Mind )
