There was a little bit of confusion regarding the position. Other than that everything went fine, they were pretty kind all through the whole process. The first round was a basic HR interview, nothing surprising. The second round consisted of a technical verbal test, again, nothing surprising. Basic OO, programming and database questions.
5 stages interviews went on very good in the initial rounds and got tougher and tougher as it progressed which made me think i should leave the place without informing anyone in the team or the hr department. i had no toher option to attend the full interview process and left the place. but i was selected at the end but i rejected the offer right away.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Shanghai, MO) in Mar 2011
Interview
The interview takes from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. 3 Rounds (1:1) + 1 written test. All questions in interviews are coding related. Question is quite easy, except the question in last round of interview. It need you to implement an algorithm in a PC, and make the code runnable. (in VC++ 2010)
