I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2017
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter (I attend a feeder school for Salesforce) for a position with the Marketing Cloud team in Indy. 2 rounds, both behavioral + conceptual CS questions on OOP concepts, common data structures/how they work, etc. The behavioral part was mainly me talking about my background and experience. Interviews felt very laid back, no coding challenges or trick questions. Felt like I did pretty well and expected to receive an offer which I did. I had another offer from Microsoft, and so I decided to go with that in the end.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview was hassle free and I was put at ease as much as possible by the recruiting team. Firstly, I had a short 30 minutes chat(mild interview) with the hiring manager. Then I was contacted a couple of days later asking me to come to their office for a detailed interview. The gave a quick tour of the office and had a 1-hour interview with two persons working under the manager. They were knowledgeable and eager to listen to whatever I had to offer. A week later the HR got back to me with an offer. It was a very pleasant overall experience.
