I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Madrid) in Mar 2020
Interview
I had several interviews, all of them were remote as all this happened during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The first interview was with HR.
The second with the 2 key people of the area I would be working at (Manager and Director).
The third one again with HR to ask me to prepare a panel
The fourth one was the panel with 4 people on the company and I had to do a role play as if was working for salesforce and presenting to a retailer.
The last one was HR again and the director of the area to confirm the interest and close the final conditions for the offer.

Question 1
Why Salesforce?
Why leaving my actual company?
Specific area knowledge
How did I saw salesforce products from the outside
The interview process is very straightforward and you're provided guidance every step of the way. Most reviews have described this in detail already. If you do you research and check out the reviews, you'll have everything you need to succeed in the interview. The people you work with are there to help and really go out of their way to ensure you're successful. Be yourself, be clear about what you've done, and explain what you're looking for.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Mar 2020
Interview
Very clear expectations from the beginning. I was assigned a mentor to guide me through the process and she was incredibly helpful. The process included coffee chats followed by a super-day (panel) with role-playing. I had 2 weeks to prepare for the panel. I was given a business case and had to prepare a powerpoint and a demonstration over 2 weeks.

Question 1
Lots of role playing questions, i.e. from the perspective of leadership at a fictitious company. Examples: how will this increase my revenue, what about the cost, etc.
