I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Milán) in Aug 2018
Interview
I really appreciated all the help and support that people from Salesforce (HR, managers, SEs) gave me during the whole hiring process, including preparation for the panel session (which was quite hard for me, coming from a different "world"). They have been always friendly with me, which I really appreciated. I did not accept their offer only for economical reasons (I received an higher offer from another company in the same timeframe). Other than that, I surely would have accepted. Really liked company culture and the platform they sell
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview process began after submitting my resume for a position. I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter followed by several phone and in person interviews with the hiring manager. As the process continued I also interviewed with a higher level manager. The final step was to present to a Demo Panel.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Boston, MA) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process for the most part was very conversational and laid back. The panel interview where the candidates do a formal presentation was pretty intense. I felt like I was back in college preparing for a huge exam/presentation. But it was totally worth it and really prepares you for what the expectations in the role will be like.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview format was very conversational and laid back. I wouldn't say there were any formal questions, just asking about my experience and my background and what in my past might prepare me for the job. The formal in-person panel interview was very intense. Candidates have to prepare a presentation and then present it in front of peers and more senior level employees.
