Interview
Zunächst einmal sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Bewerbung. Die Gesprächspartner und HR sind sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und wertschätzend. Es zählt die Person, die Gesprächspartner möchten erfahren, warum man sich für diese Stelle beworben hat und was man dem Unternehmen bieten kann. Insgesamt ein wirklich guter Bewerbungsprozess.
It was a pretty regular review and interview process. I was able to ask plenty of questions and they answered them fairly well. Thais questions to me were average as well.

The interview process was very thorough. There were 4 rounds of interviews, 1 with talent acquisitions, 1 with the branch manager, 1 with the area head of HR, and 1 with the territory VP.
