Schindler interview questions

Headhunter interview, interview with local HR Business Partner, interview with EMAE HR, cognitive and personality tests, they prepared an offer, they prepared a proposal of an employment contract I accepted it.

There was 4 interviews (HR, manager, team and director). We agreed on a salary on the first round, and I was able to confirm it on the last round with the director. I have to take some time off (during work and holidays) for the interviews. I then received a call congratulating me for my outstanding performance during the interviews, that I was the perfect candidate and that they wanted to make me an offer... around 15K below what we agree! I of course rejected the offer. This was a huge loss of time for everyone.
