this Company could not survive in the digital age with old mentality. schindler group is not open to hire new generation talents. The reason is quite simple, old ones want to protect their own statusquo and they find new generation talents risks for their status quo. HR process is very slow , it has been approximately 2,5 months to get an answer reject after 4 interview, very unprofessional. they dont know what they want.
Moreover, after 4 interview process, they informed me 3 weeks or 4 weeks later (although they said within a week will get back to you) after last face to face interview. HR did not commit to what they say . This mentality is hinder for growth of Schindler Group. I am pretty sure that this mentality will not survive in the future. It is always happened in each transformation phase of each industrial companies.
Was a military style interview where the candidate was required to memorize all the facts on the company.
Was a stressful environment where the manager tries to intimidate you.
Was promised 2nd interview anf got nothing. HR would hang up on my calls and not respond to emails.

Recruiters don't respond to emails, even though they say you can contact them but they completely leave you hanging without any information on the hiring process. If you love being kept in the dark, uninformed and hanging go for it. Very bad experience. We need a courtesy 101 course for recruiters working in this company. Thanks.
