Was called a few days after on campus career fair and was brought in for a site visit. A panel of employees asked me questions and then gave me a plant tour. They seemed a bit disorganized and I think I may have asked them more questions than they asked me.

We briefly spoke about the job and why I wanted it. It was very informal with no technical questions.
They seemed to be testing me more for my personality to make sure I would fit the group. The job was easy, so they knew I would be trainable since I had an engineering degree.
