I had a mini interview in a job fair. I left my CV. I got contacted by manager of the department I applied for and we had a face to face meeting. Later I got contacted by HR department with offer.
Initial round, got an email to conduct a video interview before a dateline, they gave preparation time before answering questions, but i felt the time to answer was too short
