For intern's its simple to apply for Schneider Electric due to the lack of candidates within the industry. Rutgers business school allowed me to become more open and diverse with my options around school.

Initial round, got an email to conduct a video interview before a dateline, they gave preparation time before answering questions, but i felt the time to answer was too short

Interview
The first interview was a HireVue with typical behavioral questions, then, based on that, another interview was scheduled. The second interview was focused on describing what the job requires and whether the applicant met those requirements.
